History
The company was incorporated on 5 April 1995 as the investment holding company, and became a public company on 2 December 1996.
Creditors' winding-up petitions were served on two of the Group's previously core subsidiaries, W&P Piling Pte Ltd and WP Conc-Pact Pte Ltd. Both are in liquidation.
