History
The Dutch post was privatised in 1994, and took over TNT Express in 1996.
TNT is now TPG's global brand for express and logistics services. TNT Logistics is the second biggest logistics company in the world. "TNT" is an abbreviation for Thomas Nationwide Transport, an organisation founded in 1946 in Australia by Ken Thomas.
