L & M Group Investments Limited (SGX: L13) is an investments holding company.
Their main focus is on construction and engineering contracts in the Asia Pacific region, as well as investment in oil & gas and industrial infrastructure projects.
Headquartered in Singapore, L&M's construction and contracting activities extend to Australia, Hong Kong, Taiwan, Brunei, Philippines, Indonesia, Malaysia, Sri Lanka, Vietnam and Thailand.
History
The company started in 1971 as L&M Prestressing Pte Ltd, specialising in prestressing, and post-tensioning of buildings and civil engineering structures.
Incorporated on 23 February 1983 under the name of Twinbull Investments Pte Ltd.
On 30 June 1983, the company changed its name to L&M Group Investments Pte Ltd.
L&M acquired public status on 27 September 1983, changing its name to L&M Group Investments Limited.
