The company is the Singapore property enterprise of the Kuok Group.
Investment property portfolio includes four properties - Great World City, Traders Hotel, Tanglin Mall and Tanglin Place. The later three are owned through a 55.4 percent stake in Cuscaden Properties Pte Ltd.
Construction, project management and sourcing of building materials are operated through its wholly-owned subsidiaries - Leo Property Management Pte Ltd, Wyndham Construction (Pte) Ltd and Wyndham Supplies Pte Ltd.
