Yara International ASA is a Norwegian supplier of plant nutrients in the form of mineral fertilizers.
The core business of Yara is production and marketing of nitrogen fertilizers such as urea and nitrates.
Yara also produces and sells ammonia, the key raw material for all nitrogen fertilizers.
The company sells over 20 million tons of fertilizer a year, to 120 countries.

The company was created in 2004 by splitting Hydro Agri division from Norsk Hydro.
