The company also has offices in Oslo (Norway) and London (UK).

Product

24SevenOffice is an ERP web application for small businesses. The software includes modules for:

• Invoicing and ordering

The application uses HTML, JavaScript, CSS and XML. The AJAX technique is used extensively to gain speed in the user interface.

Competitors

Their main competitor is NetSuite which is a similar web-based suite of business applications. Other web-based competitors include Salesforce.com, SugarCRM and QuickBooks Online. Traditional software competitors include SAP and Siebel.

History

The company was founded in 1996 in Porsgrunn (Norway) by Stian Rustad.

24SevenOffice has won several awards including 'Seal of Excellence' at CeBIT and "Product of the year 2005" by Kapital, a popular Norwegian magazine.

In February 2005 24SevenOffice bought the swedish competitor Start and Run which added 400 customers to the company and entrance to the swedish market.
