Gelato and sorbetto flavors served by Papalani Gelato include mango (made from locally grown, organic Hayden mangos), lilikoi, papaya (made from locally grown, organic papayas), Papalani Pie (a combination of espresso, macadamia nuts, coconut, chocolate, and crunchy inclusions), pineapple (made from locally grown pineapples), vanilla bean, Belgian chocolate, and dozens more. Hawai`i grown and produced chocolate bars from O`ahu and the Big Island are also available.

We scoop more than our gelato, or Italian ice cream, and sorbet. Our company, located in the Po`ipu Shopping Village next to Puka Dog, offers our customers a heaping serving of sustainable business practices with their frozen treats. We use 100 percent biodegradable cups, spoons, cups for our frozen drinks, and most of our product packaging.

We also make it a point to buy as many local products as possible to reduce transportation and fuel costs as well as to support the Kaua`i and Hawai`i economy. A few of Papalani Gelato’s flavors that are made with local ingredients are mango, papaya, pineapple and kulolo. We also produce flavors made from organic ingredients.
