Packard Bell BV, a subsidiary of NEC Corporation, is a European PC computer manufacturer.

Packard Bell is number three in the European PC consumer market (for all form factors).

The company is also expanding into emerging markets, entering key countries in Eastern Europe, the Middle East, Africa and Latin America through a series of strategic partnerships with major local players. Packard Bell withdrew from the US market entirely in 2000.
