History
Capgemini was founded in 1967 by Serge Kampf, who is the chairman.
In May 2000, Cap Gemini bought the consulting arm of Ernst & Young and was renamed Cap Gemini Ernst & Young.
In April 2004, the company was renamed Capgemini.
